Dance/movement therapy is a technique focused on helping people to improve self-esteem and l develop effective communication skills and relationships, expand their movement vocabulary, gain insight into patterns of behavior, as well as create new options for coping with problems.
At Fountain of Life Women Center, the Dancing Therapy was led by Ms. Anna Kazanskaia with the staff team and presented by two sessions where over 150 women joined in the free dance and healing process.
