Women’s Empowerment refer to increasing and improving the personal, social, economic, political and legal strength of woman, so as to ensure equal rights and the self-confidence to claim their rights. These are the same rights that pertain to all human persons. When women are empowered and all human right respected, the quality of life improves for women, men, families and communities.
