Happy Songkran to all our supporters and friends! The Songkran festival is celebrated with much enthusiasm and joy in Thailand, and our missions in Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Nong Khai are no exception.
As we celebrate the Thai New Year, we honor the traditions of this holiday, which includes visiting temples, paying respects to elders, and splashing water on one another as a symbol of purification and renewal.
At our missions, we held a variety of fun activities to celebrate Songkran, including water fights, traditional dances, and cultural performances. It was a wonderful opportunity for our staff, volunteers, and community members to come together and share in the joy of the holiday.
