Formation process as a Sister

Women who come to the Congregation as candidates for religious life are required to participate in a number of years of intensive Formation.

The formation process seeks to empower the candidate for Good Shepherd ministry. It includes periods of study, retreat and guided experience within ministries.

The Formation programme operates within a reflective framework to discern the candidate’s capacity for the life of a Good Shepherd Sister and her freedom of heart in choosing this.
